Public board meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:30pm in the East Side clubhouse every month except December.

The East Side Baseball/Softball board is a volunteer group consisiting of an Executive Board and Voting Members. The Executive Board is made up of the President, Vice-President of Baseball, Vice-President of Softball, Secretary, Treasurer and Player Agent Baseball/Player Agent Softball. The Voting Members include positions in charge of each division of play, maintenance and grounds, equipment, concessions, advertising, newsletter, umpires, diamond scheduling, awards, pictures, special projects, and representatives at large.

East Side only exists because of the many volunteers who donate their time and talents. If you are interested in joining the East Side board, show up at one the regular monthly meetings and volunteer or see our contact page and contact a board member to express your interest.
